Main responsibilities

• Perform the physical and electronic reception of orders from suppliers and arrange goods in an orderly manner;
• Ship customer orders;
• Prepare orders;
• Perform regular cyclical inventory-taking;
• Check products;
• Perform general maintenance work in the Shipping and Receiving Department;
• Follow up with carriers (transport companies) and check to see that customers have received their orders;
• Call carriers if there are problems;
• Work jointly with the Parts Department;
• Check weights and volumes for carrier management;
• Fill out carriers’ bills of lading and print them; print invoices;
• Make sure that tracking numbers are put on invoices;
• Close invoices;
• Drive the forklift and pallet truck;
• Collaborate with the workshop day laborer for space logistics in the warehouse;
• Handle customer orders received by email. (Easy orders that have all the required information and do not require research in the parts book);
• Perform all other related tasks which will be assigned.
