To support our development, we are recruiting a passionate Parts Clerk who would like to provide excellent service to our internal and external customers, master the parts and develop business while managing inventory. Main responsibilities
- Greet customers and technicians at the counter
- Serve customers in person, by phone or email
- Store items in an orderly fashion and in such a way that they are easily accessible in the warehouse
- Advise customers on parts
- Process incoming requests
- Sell parts and assist with technical support
- Participate in the management of inventories and physical counts
- Perform price estimates for parts
- Perform all other related tasks.
Skills
Training / Experience / Certification:
- Holder of a DEP diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Attention to detail
- Good planning and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to complete assigned tasks
- Be able to listen and follow instructions
- Be in good physical shape.
Experience:
- Serti (an asset)
- Outlook
- Communicate easily in English (telephone exchanges with Carrier located in the United States)

- Warehouse
Work schedule: :
- Day shift: From 6h00 to 14h30
Physical effort :
- This work requires a physical effort of moderate intensity.
Salary Range :
- Salary starting at $22/h
