To support our development, we are recruiting Installations Technicians who will perform the work related to the installation of refrigeration units and accessories on trailers. They fight their battles against mechanical, electrical and electronic elements using a variety of precise and state-of-the-art tools to ensure the performance of our clan. Main responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics or other specifications
- Modify and adjust customer equipment to install various unit options and accessories
- Assemble and install refrigeration components using hand and/or power tools
- Measure and cut refrigeration piping, patch and connect using welding and brazing equipment
- Make the electrical connection of the DC (direct current) and AC (alternating current) components
- Perform electronic configuration of units and accessories
- Braze with silver in order to proceed with the assembly of metallic materials
- Communicate the progress of work and projects to those involved
- Ensure that planned work is completed according to schedule
- Comply with health and safety standards and industry best practices
- All other related tasks.
Skills
Training / Experience / Certification:
- Basic training in mechanics and/or electromechanics and/or assembly.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience in the mechanical or construction field.
Skills and Abilities Required:

- Good physical resistance.
Experience:
- Basic English (be able to read and understand drawings, diagrams etc.)
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, refrigeration etc.
Working Conditions
Work environment :
- Environment of a mechanical workshop.
Work schedule :
- Day shift (from 6h00 to 14:30h)
Physical effort :
- This work requires a physical effort of moderate to high intensity.
Salary Range :
- Salary starting at $23/h
